How are refunds processed and how long does it take to receive the credit?

Once our Customer Support Team receives your cancellation request, one of our Tour Connection Specialists will process it. Refunds will be sent back to the original payment method used in making the booking and it will be processed within 7 - 10 business days; however, posting times may differ depending upon the service agreement with your credit card provider. Please note that time frames might also vary during high season, in which case you will be informed accordingly. If you paid a booking with a prepaid card or if your credit card was cancelled, your refund will go to such card. You may need to contact the card issuer to access your refund. If you used a Promo Code as part of your payment, the amount will be reinstated into your account within the Promo Code Center section, with its original expiration date.
